Some 18 months or so ago, we did a fun little thing on Medium in the erotica writer group in response to some prompt, which, for the life of me, I cannot remember. Nevertheless, I did something that I’m pretty fond of doing—writing on a whim and just letting it run. I cannot say that I had a clue where this story was going, but if you’ve read some of my short stories, erotica or otherwise, that same thing happens.
Other stories that came out of nowhere include Trapped (paid only), Driver, Thrice Called, and Gaius Darkspell and the Duel of Fates (not erotica).
This story is about a young woman heading to a birthday party. But it’s only partly just that story because, as authors like to do, every few minutes the narrative takes over and introduces a Plot Twist! Only in this case, the plot twists are insane. A kidnapping. A choreographed mosh pit in the city square. A sun-kissed beach body that needs kissing. And finally, there was the birthday party itself and a surreal pinata. And all of it, of course, was part of a twisting, turning sexual adventure.
I’ve never been one to write anything funny, and while you may not find the story amusing, I sure as fuck did. I giggled again when I rediscovered it a few days ago, so I dialed it up on Eleven Labs with a voice that I felt told the story well, and Bob’s your kinky uncle. I’ll release the story as text in a few days to no fanfare whatsoever, and each distinct plot twist will get its own audio clip.
